Enterprise oversight

IT, cyber & operational resilience

Bring technology controls, privacy obligations and continuity evidence into accountable workflows.

PURPOSE & PRACTICE

Bring technology-control evidence into the governance record.

Technology assurance draws on many operational systems. Access reviews, vulnerability work, incident records and recovery tests need enough context for a reviewer to understand the risk and the response.

This module coordinates IT, cyber, privacy and resilience oversight. It keeps control assessments, review responsibilities and corrective actions together while the specialist operational tools continue to perform their underlying tasks.

Built around the work of
  • IT and information security
  • Privacy teams
  • Business continuity owners

CAPABILITIES

What you can manage.

01

Technology and access governance

Organise relevant asset, application and data inventories with access, change and technology-control assessments. Retain the evidence and owner for identified weaknesses.

02

Cyber and privacy follow-up

Track vulnerability, incident and applicable privacy-control work with review and reporting responsibilities. Connect response records with actions that remain unresolved.

03

Continuity and recovery assurance

Bring business-continuity and disaster-recovery test records into a reviewable workspace. Document the exercise scope, results, gaps and later corrective evidence.

FROM INPUT TO OUTCOME

A practical path through the work.

  1. Define the control or exercise

Confirm the systems, data, business services and period covered by the assessment or resilience test.

  2. Review operational evidence

Gather support from the relevant tools and teams, examine exceptions and record the responsible reviewer’s conclusion.

  3. Verify remediation

Follow corrective action or retesting and preserve evidence that addresses the specific weakness identified.

YOUR INSTITUTION, YOUR SCOPE

Relevant to banks and NBFCs.

BANKING INSTITUTIONS

For banks

Coordinate the bank’s technology, security and business-service owners around approved control requirements. Separate a technical remediation update from the governance review accepting it.

NON-BANKING FINANCIAL COMPANIES

For NBFCs

Scope oversight to the NBFC’s systems, digital channels and service-provider dependencies. Include outsourced technology evidence where the NBFC retains the control responsibility.

Scope and implementationSecurity, identity, backup and monitoring tools remain the operational systems of record.

SUPPORT THE CONCLUSION

Evidence to keep together.

  • Assessment scope and control ownership
  • Access, change and security-review support
  • Incident or privacy-response records
  • BCP/DR test results and remediation evidence

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you put it to work.

Does RegQuanta replace security monitoring or backup tools?

No. Those tools perform the operational work. RegQuanta organises governance, review and evidence supplied from them; any integrations are separately scoped.

What should support the closure of a recovery-test issue?

Keep evidence of the correction and, where needed, a further test against the original exercise objective. A plan to fix the issue is different from a verified recovery outcome.
