Readiness assessment
Assessment answers remain in memory on the assessment page and are cleared when you refresh or leave it. No email address is required to see results. If you choose the separate optional sharing checkbox when making an enquiry, we retain your answers, institution type, calculated scores and suggested actions with that enquiry and include them in the team notification email. Leaving it unticked sends none of those answers or scores. Separate anonymous usage records count assessment starts and completions without answers, scores, institution type or visitor identifiers. An assessment completion is not treated as a sales enquiry. Printed or saved action plans are under your control.
Resource enquiries and usage
Resource enquiries include the resource and discussion topic you choose, your contact permission and any permitted campaign labels supplied with the link. We retain these details in a protected enquiry register for follow-up and include them in the notification email to our team. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Separate resource usage records contain page views, download requests and enquiry activity without visitor identifiers, email addresses or assessment answers. Download requests are not treated as sales enquiries. Contact admin@regquanta.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
Enquiries
When you request a walkthrough or use the stay-in-touch form, we use the details you choose to provide, including your name, work email, organisation, optional phone number and priorities, to respond to your enquiry. The walkthrough form also collects your role, institution type and area of interest. Do not include customer records, government identifiers or confidential account information.
Service providers
Render hosts this website. Supabase stores the resource enquiry register and separate resource usage records in our dedicated website database. Resend delivers enquiry emails to admin@regquanta.com, which also forwards a copy to venkat@rvsbellanalytics.com for follow-up. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection information to help distinguish people from automated submissions. We validate its result on our server and apply temporary submission limits. Website member access uses the configured authentication service. Product access has a separate sign-in and is governed by the applicable service arrangement.
Website accounts and email preferences
Member registration collects your name, work email and telephone number. We store these in our dedicated Supabase website database and include them in the registration review email to admin@regquanta.com, which forwards a copy to venkat@rvsbellanalytics.com. The administrator uses these details to review membership and contact you about registration. Your telephone number is not displayed publicly. Marketing preferences and unsubscribe links govern optional marketing emails; creating an account or submitting a walkthrough request does not subscribe you to marketing.
