AML, EWS & fraud management

Move from explainable warning signals to controlled examination, investigation and reporting decisions.

PURPOSE & PRACTICE

Move from an alert to a supported, accountable decision.

An alert starts an examination; it is not a finding. Analysts need the triggering information, relevant history and a clear route for asking questions, escalating concerns and recording the decision reached.

RegQuanta brings AML, early-warning and fraud-control work into governed queues and case workflows. Source context, investigation notes, review actions and reporting tasks help teams explain what was considered and who authorised the next step.

Built around the work of
  • AML analysts and MLRO
  • Fraud risk teams
  • Credit monitoring

CAPABILITIES

What you can manage.

01

Early-warning examination

Review alerts against their source events and rule basis. Track the examination, assigned owner and resulting action without treating a trigger as a confirmed adverse conclusion.

02

Investigation and decision records

Organise case evidence, review notes and escalation. Retain the authorised assessment and applicable due-process steps for red-flag or fraud-classification work.

03

Reporting and remedial follow-up

Coordinate reporting tasks, submission evidence and continuing remediation. Keep source-health issues visible when incomplete inputs affect an investigation.

FROM INPUT TO OUTCOME

A practical path through the work.

  1. Examine the signal

Check the event, source reliability and rule context before deciding what additional information is needed.

  2. Document the assessment

Gather evidence, explain the analyst’s conclusion and route the matter to the required independent or authorised reviewer.

  3. Track the authorised response

Retain the decision, any reporting evidence and the corrective actions that remain open after the case review.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you put it to work.

Does an alert classify a customer or account as fraudulent?

No. An alert is an item for examination. Classification requires the institution’s approved process, supporting evidence and an authorised decision.

Does the module transmit FIU or fraud reports?

It supports the governance and evidence surrounding reporting. Actual external filing is performed by authorised officers through the institution’s approved channel.
