A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Your questions, answered.
Does RegQuanta cover both banks and NBFCs?
Yes. The platform separates bank and NBFC institution scopes and adapts the workspace catalogue to approved applicability. NBFC scale-based regulation is not applied to banks. Specific calculation and working-paper coverage must be confirmed for each bank subtype or NBFC category during implementation.
Does the platform submit returns directly to regulators?
RegQuanta supports preparation, review, corrections and the retention of actual submission and acknowledgement evidence. Filing remains through your approved external process. A prepared file or acknowledgement is not treated as regulator acceptance.
Can we use our existing core banking and lending systems?
Yes. The operating model uses controlled extracts, templates and supported APIs with mapping, validation and evidence. RegQuanta provides compliance oversight around your existing systems; live connectors and source reconciliation are scoped during implementation.
Are ECL, ICAAP and treasury included in this application?
RegQuanta includes regulatory oversight, prudential, asset-quality and liquidity workflows. RVSBELL’s ECL, ICAAP and treasury applications remain separate products. Any data exchange must be explicitly scoped and configured.
How are approvals and sensitive evidence controlled?
The application uses organisation and institution scope, role and workspace permissions, independent reviews, retained history and evidence. Restricted casework and sensitive KYC information have additional access and masking controls. Configuration and deployment requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
